• Your phone number and preferred call time, if you request a call
• Any project details you share with us and any referral code you provide

We use Google Analytics on our public marketing pages to understand website visits and successful project inquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, referral sources, browser and device details, and approximate location. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, or referral code from your inquiry to Google Analytics. Analytics is disabled on our admin, client portal, and partner pages.

We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our Analytics integration. You can turn off website analytics below. Your choice is saved in this browser, and we also respect the Global Privacy Control signal. You can learn more about how Google handles data in its Privacy Policy.

If you use a referral link or code, we may save a referral cookie for up to 90 days to remember the referring partner. Our account areas also use cookies needed for secure sign-in.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry within 24 hours
• Discuss and deliver the services you requested
• Send project-related updates (never unsolicited marketing)
• Understand and improve our website and measure project inquiries
• Attribute inquiries to a referring partner when you use a referral code

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.

5. Data Retention

We keep your contact information only as long as needed to manage our business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
